I had a thought, fleeting as it may be, that maybe some of these judges are finally seeing the light. In order for them to stay on the bench with a paying gig maybe they should do their damn jobs instead of playing politics.

I think so. The judiciary is a mixed bag. Add to the fact there actually are a number of good, honest judges, even the bad ones will make a correct decision from time to time.
Wolfe says he can't get a fair trial with POTUS making comments. In D.C.? He is right! With DJT agin' him: he could get away with murder!
Besides, can you imagine a fed judge telling POTUS what he can and cannot say? ...soon, perhaps.
