I watched the video several times. People were saying the honking was Morse code for “Q” (dash dash dot dash) and therefore “proof of Q”.

It wasn’t. It sounded more like “F” or maybe “IN”.
But on further thought, most people don’t know that there are TWO version of the Morse code. The familiar one is the international version, but there was also the original American version, which is now pretty much forgotten.

“Q” in American Morse is “dot dot dash dot”, the exact inverse of the international version. That pattern in international Morse is “F”.
If the honker was using American Morse, it might well have been “Q”.
It’s interesting, but I don’t think anything is proven other than someone responded to the sign, which is pretty cool in and of itself.
