It's interesting how many of the details and arguments are recycled over the long haul. The charge that Rosenstein had a conflict came up almost immediately after Mueller was appointed, in that if Mueller was going to investigate Trump for obstruction for firing Comey to stop the Russia investigation, Rosenstein had a clear conflict of interest. Now it comes up again, but no facts or assumptions changed.
I recall speculation very early on that FBI was spying on Trump willy nilly without any warrant and no justification beyond political opposition research - that the FISA warrant was a sham to justify on paper, the willy nilly warrantless spying for political purposes. This is not a new theory, it has been around for over a year.
