I looked all over the Senate record and didn’t anything relevant in Q’s context. Has this statement been resolved here and I missed it?
The only thing I found remotely interesting was this.

I think this was resolved, as the quoted post about what just passed the Senate was a Q post from December, not today. I was initially confused, too.
