Since Jeff is recused - he is NOT supposed to be privy to any information regarding the Special Counsel/Mueller that is not public. As AG, he can’t base any decisions/actions based on the court of public opinion. He is staying as uninvolved as possible. However, once the facts/evidence comes out (and it will), the gloves will come off.

Exactly my thoughts as well. And I think the latest Q drop suggests similar logic.
Also that the “stealth Jeff” moniker is true - the media is not attacking Sessions. If the media could attack sessions they WOULD because they HATE his southern accent, they HATE that his name is Jefferson Beauregard, they HATE that he is a Christian Conservative. But they have nothing to attack him on so they can’t. And with Mr. Trump:
1) know there’s a plan, 2) don’t look where all the action is that’s just distraction, 3) get ready for. . . WINNING because:
1) This is The Donald, 2) The Donald is a WINNER, 3) the Donald does not LOSE because 4) *repeating for emphasis* the Donald is a WINNER!
