Congress doesn’t get to have Sessions run cover for them. THEY need to step up and vote for impeachment.
The leverage to compel the dirt being divulged needs to not be from the Executive Branch.
After impeachment, then Trump has the cover to replace RR as Mueller’s supervisor. The replacement (with no conflicts of interest) can release all.

They also say only that if RR is dirty, so is Mueller and vice versa.
