I thought it was the best comedy show ever written. Nothing slap stick about it. The comedy wasn’t “in your face”, and IMO there has never been another comedy show on that level. Adored David Hyde Pierce as Niles Frasier’s brother.

Yes, Frasier became adept at screwball comedy; fast talking past others snd mistaken understanding leading to compromising situations.

Adored David Hyde Pierce as Niles Frasier’s brother.

DHP's character had a comedy style reminiscent of Jack Benny's. Impeccable timing, he was incredibly funny NOT saying anything, just using his face and body to tell the story.
