The good news is the estimated warhead is a city destroying 2 MT not the initial overkill 100 MT.

Fortunes are being spent to make weapons more precise in their targeting and warhead size tailored to be more lethal but with less collateral damage and civilian casualties.

Isn’t the very concept of this tsunami-producing nuclear torpedo - let alone the actual development and production of it - a violation of the Geneva Convention(s) of war?
