Kinda chilling, really.
Slavery is something so evil (and so historically prevalent) you’d think the American Experiment would have been like Jesus’ second coming to Earth.
No more slavery, property rights, free speech, and the right to defend yourself, and be secure in your papers and your person.
You have to be actively evil to screw with something so basic.
