No one should use it. And a politician doing so has a death wish.
It didn't seem to hurt Robert Byrd (D-KKK) one tiny little bit.
“No one should use it. And a politician doing so has a death wish.”
The word does have negative connotations - so I can understand objections to its use in public and in private, and to people imagining the word in their heads.
Setting that aside, can you remember the last time an elected official was removed from office for using the Lord’s name in vain?
No one should use it. And a politician doing so has a death wish
I couldnt agree more. Who gets away with it and who doesnt is immaterial. Anyone running for political office who engages in that kind of crap deserves to fail.
For over 40 years, I avoided using the word, and then along came obama.
He made such an issue about race and all of his half brothers claimed an 'exclusive right' to use the word, that I began quoting famous black leaders.
Malik Zulu Shabazz, then President of the New Black Panthers said, "Michelle should kick that nigger out".
There is no exclusive right to use any word, and when famous blacks stop using it, I'll stop quoting them.
Until then, they can kiss my dago butt.
