I am a big fan of Kevin Shipp (former CIA) videos. They are densely packed with information I haven’t seen before (Parts 1 and 2 on Youtube).

I’m watching one of his newest videos titled “Kevin Shipp Exposes Clinton Connections to the Shadow Government” (2:18:23)

I believe his introductory comments indicate that he is hoping to help bring the public back to an understanding of constitutional government. He notes that socially, the constitution has been relegated to the status of a philosophy rather than the law of the land, and he seems to be preparing the public to hold the criminals in Washington to the true standards of conduct set forth under the rule of law.

I’ll put my notes below (just covers a few minutes). He makes a distinction between the deep state and the shadow government. I’m wondering if that distinction is what trips me up a little when talking about the DS. There’s information missing in my mental model of the cabal/deep state and this could fill in a hole or two:

Shadow Government is made up of all government agencies that operate through the power of secrecy. Last 8 years these agencies out of control.
Shadow Government’s weaponized agencies are Department of Homeland Security, National Counterterrorism Center, Department of Defense, the National Reconnaisance Office (satellites overhead that do amazing things) note the NRO is a extremely secretive and it’s existance with denied in the 90’s. National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA, worked with Google to create Google maps, gov can look down and read a license plate)
Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) is the president’s own secret private army, POTUS can dispatch it anywhere, anytime, any county.These are domestic surveillance-Texts, phones, PC, Internet. They can turn your cell phone on and the camera/mic on even if your phone is powered off.

NSA is weaponized and entrenched in Silicon Valley. CIA/NSA helped create Google. CIA helped fund dev. of Google, Facebook and other companies. Mutual relationship between NSA and other Silicon Valley companies. Companies working with NSA, CIA or FBI are required to sign lifetime secrecy agreement with Shadow Government (e.g., Amazon). SG has ability to severely punish company members if they reveal anything including illegality or violation of consitution. Example: Had Snowden come out as NSA in US he would “no longer be with us.”
FISA court has been weaponized. FBI filed false affadavit to spy on Trump; serious crime, they committed multiple felonies doing so.The FISA court approved NSA spying on Trump. CIA is weaponized. John Brennan basically started the coup against Trump by taking the Dossier, started the entire Russian collusion investigation and the appointment of Robert Mueller as special counsel. It was a CIA effort to remove Trump (”not an exaggeration”). 17 Agencies (under?) James Clapper- Department of National Intelligence - lied under oath denying NSA spying on Americans.
