Hospitals are dangerous places to be. Infections, drug reactions, anesthesia, organ damage, etc. Most people will get through something like shoulder surgery without major complications, but some percentage won't.
To: DUMBGRUNT
Wouldn’t expect such complications from shoulder surgery.
