Yes. Fast hands. I had martial arts training many years ago. You have to get in close to do a throat punch and really know where to hit. A better technique is a palm heel heel strike to the jaw from underneath. Man, you can really screw someone up doing that.
Good to know. I imagine if the perp had their tongue sticking out at all; it would cause them to bite right through it. All that blood gushing out of his/her mouth would definitely get his/her attention. Might not ever speak the same again either.
