Braided beef brisket. BBQ ribs, soft boiled eggs, hard boiled eggs,Swiss steak, tuna and elbow mac. Eggs peel so easy. Favorite is soft boiled. 3 minute high pressure 1 cup water, quick release and a 4 minute rest without opens or removing the cover, cold water to stop the cooking. Go up to 8 minutes for harder boiled eggs. Corn on the cob,great sweet potato cook, fingerling potatoes, russets, red and Yukon boiled potatoes, Beef stew. chicken stock

I had ribs at a friends house one time and could literally eat bone and all they were so tender. Some folks look at me like I've got lobsters crawling out my ears, but it's true.
Been wondering if that was cooked inna pressure cooker.
