I always got the impression that the murderer was developmentally delayed i.e. retarded, as opposed to someone who killed while he was high on drugs. Even if that is the case, this young man is too dangerous to move about in general society, and must be kept away from it.

Since he has been found guilty, Meechaiel Criner, 20, will spend the rest of his life in prison... He is eligible for parole after 40 years in prison. Who writes this crap? Is he going to buried under the prison or let out after 40 years?
