They ask the person to go to the back of the line and tell whoever is at the register that the individual cut in front of everyone else in line and let management handle the situation.
Boooh - your solution takes to long, imparts no life long lessons and is much less fun. One of the root problems with today's civilization is there are too many folks walking around who failed to get a much needed smack in the face. This is a case of much needed remedial education being applied. Once again violence is the solution to lifes problems.
