This happened this morning, about a mile and a half from where I work. News just said they believe the suspects may be hiding in the adjacent neighborhood. No description of the suspects as of yet. Police helicopter has been flying around ever since. Don't ever think bank robbers won't shoot if you give them what you want. You never know. Hopefully the victims will fully recover.

Damn that’s close.
They would be leaving in body bags if they stormed your offices though.

This is my neck of the woods as well.
If there are no descriptions of the suspects, then we know their descriptions.

This is why you go after perps as quickly as possible.
Now they may have a hostage situation, and people may die.
I hope these three women pull through.
They’ll never be the same agin, more than likely.
You know, the courts are so lenient these days, that I catch myself hoping they put guys like this down instead of take them into custody.
I know that is wrong, but when killers outlive their victims by 30 or 40 years, somethin just ain’t right about it.
(And yes, sometimes “ain’t” is still more fittin’.)

Per Twitter reports, Feebs and local PD may have a lead on the perps...

Three women shot. Holy cow. Why? What threat could they have possibly posed to armed robbers? There were no males in the bank? No male security guard? Where were the men the whole time this was going down? Cowering in place? Wetting their pants? Oh. Right.

“It either *was* or *wasnt*.”
Possibly terrorism.
They apparently just opened fire when they entered the bank.

When I lived near Ft Worth, I noticed the police there were not afraid to take people like these out. Hope that is still the case. Fort Worth is where the west begins.

I can't stand what our "justice" system has become, which gives the perpetrator every conceivable benefit of the doubt, and puts the absolute burden of proof of acting in self defense crushingly on the victims. A recent incident (which many here on FR criticize my stance on) in Oklahoma is an example. A pharmacist shot an armed robbery duo, but he's been convicted of murder and given a
LIFE SENTENCE because he "overdid" his self-defense. Appalling.
You essentially sign your own death warrant when you rob a victim using violence, in my book.

Which leads to an interesting point. All of the bank guards I’ve seen stand very near the front door. If robbers come through that door, these guards would be neutralized before they knew what hit them.
You’d think that the guards would be further back, able to observe, but behind some protection.

When I lived near Ft Worth, I noticed the police there were not afraid to take people like these out. Hope that is still the case. A lot has changed. The Ft Worth police have essentially been neutered, with the Chief being forced to attend a "gay film festival" because some cops were purportedly "mean" to some fags at a bar during a check. It's gone downhill from there.

May not have been a robbery... Yes, according to the linked story no demand for money was made, the perps just walked in and started shooting. We'll have to wait to see if that's true.

No description is a perfect description.

Well, if the Feebs have bigfooted the case, I don’t think the local LEOs will get a say. Unless, of course, the sitch goes pear-shaped, in which case local LE might make a convenient scapegoat for the Feebs.
