I had to laugh when I saw my Rheumatologist this past February. He walked in the room, and I said Hello, and asked him how he was doing. He stopped, his face lit up, and he said to me: “You know, you’re the first person who has asked me that this year.” He doesn’t spend too much time on the computer. My Endocrinologist sometimes irritates me as while I’m trying to tell him something, he’s posting my diabetes test strip results that I am asked to bring in whenever I see him. I’ve had to stop talking so he can concentrate on that, since it’s obvious he can’t listen, and type at the same time.

I had an Endocrinologist who was great until she got her lap top. She never once looked at me after that.

I got rid of her. The new guy doesn’t do that
