I can understand investigators being able to discover that there was a foreign address that Hillary's emails were going to, but discovering who was using that address is another matter.

Seems like foreign gov'ts like China or Russia could cover their tracks.

So I'd guess the "foreign entity," if investigators do know who it is (and apparently they do, because they rule out Russia), is nongovernmental. That may explain the use of the term "entity" rather than "country."

Well, it would seem that they unable to cover their tracks when it came to the DNC server.. 12 Russians indicted. Seems odd that everything works so well for the dimocraps and the republics can't even find the door to the rest room....
