BTW, I wanted to ask you, do you think Paul McCartney is imitating Bob Dylan’s country music voice on “Get Back”? Dylan’s “I’ll Be Your Baby Tonight” came out a year earlier.
The “Get Back” vocal really sounds like “Nashville Skyline” to me, but that album came out after “Get Back” was recorded.
Well we certainly know Lennon was imitating Dylan on "Hide Your Love Away", so it probably makes sense.
And yep, now Cleveland is in the mix. AL is loaded this year. I still think the A's will in the end beat out the Mariners for the other Wild Card.
