IIRC there are at least a few other towns where similar things have happened. Maybe a psychiatrist who specializes in criminal sexual behavior could study exactly what is the motivation of the perpetrators.

Not to be too indelicate, but, that story isn’t about every high school. If you think it must somehow extend to all of them then you’ve got a lot to prove.

It’s bad and there are bad people. I’ve got a number of teachers in the family and per them hellions seem to happen in waves so it should be no surprise if a group of especially sadistic bastards came up together. It’s a bell curve thing.

Eventually their sins will find them out. In Texas that may even result in one of them getting shot by someone they didn’t think was carrying,
