More than likely he just wiggled the wire back and forth enough times until it broke. I had a skunk do that to my chicken wire this summer. He snuck in and ate my cats food.

The fence was probably made in China, with the factory "stretching" the spec'd wire to make it go further.

The jag's dental work? Not made in China.
