Brennnan WAS CIA and left before Trump’s inauguration.

Rosenstein is a deputy. Not appointed by POTUS.
Coats is appointed by POTUS and Trump has every right to disagree with him.

Deputy Directors of the Justice Department are appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.

Even a billionaire can’t be expert on everything, and must rely on those thought to be ‘experts’.
