There is one other thing - it’s been said that one of the entrees for spooks coming into the US to be tied to doctors - they get their entry vehicle for things tied to doctors. But, of course, dunno lol ;)

A bike is an excellent getaway vehicle. It can easily be dumped and can go places cars can’t. The rider can easily be disguised as there’s no identifying walking gait and it’s hard to give body details when one is bent over. No identifying license plates, bumper stickers and make/model like cars.
Steven, you’re right about the medical field. There is an usual number of foreigners here. Sloppy ICE isn’t going to look too hard at a degreed person requesting a work/student visa.
