PONDER THIS-—AG Sessions’ in Utah indicates he is zeroing in on issues surrounding the Clintons Uranium One,
and, The Clinton Foundation/State Dept Pay-to-play scandals. THIS MOVE INDICATES potential criminality.

(hat tip demsux) .....that UTAH AG, the one Sessions appointed (and can seat a grand jury)
just so happens to be in the jurisdiction where much of the Clintons’ Uranium One deal was centered.
Longshot, but THAT UTAH GUY could nab even MUELLER and cancel the insurance policy.........

BACKSTORY REFERENCE——Uranium company deal nearly done;
Utah town and mill part of sales pkg to subsidiary of Russian nuclear agency
By Judy Fahys / The Salt Lake Tribune / December 13, 2010 / FR Posted on 4/3/2018, 11:52:50 AM by bitt

A Canadian mining company is close to finalizing a deal that will give a Russian company controlling interest in its uranium operations, which include a Utah town, a uranium mill and thousands of acres of claims.

In October, four members of Congress urged the U.S. Treasury Department to block plans by Uranium One to sell majority ownership to the mining company, Atomredmetzoloto (ARMZ), whose parent company is Rosatom, the Russian nuclear agency, to protect national security.

Hey bitt, do you think Jeff Sessions guy, Mr. Huber out in Utah has been very busy with examining the sale of that little Utah town? Guess the Trump/Putin press conference with their comments has got everyone’s hair on fire in D.C. I’m loving it. The closer we get the more psycho they go. Well Clinton still isn’t President. God wins.

Hey bitt, think we need to have a "Q" Uranium school, so we can all learn about Uranium mining?

First off I know you posted your link to comment #11, but isn't the story the comment appears in a joke?

Here is the core of it:

(hat tip demsux) .....that UTAH AG, the one Sessions appointed (and can seat a grand jury) just so happens to be in the jurisdiction where much of the Clintons' Uranium One deal was centered. Longshot, but THAT UTAH GUY could nab even MUELLER and cancel the insurance policy.........

"THAT UTAH GUY" you are alluding to is not an AG.

There is only one Attorney General of the United States, currently Jeff Sessions. Each State also has an Attorney General, the highest law officer of the State, but not reporting to the U.S. Dept. of Justice. They are responsible for prosecuting violation of State law, like simple murder and robbery. State prisons are full of the guys that State AG's successfully prosecuted.

Federal Prisons are full of the guys the Fed's caught.

The person you are referring to is the U.S. Attorney in Utah, John W. Huber

John W. Huber

Sadly, like so many other claims made that someone is going to reign in the rampant lawlessness of the Obama/Hillary Deep State, so far he's been a bust. A quick google of him shows that most recently he's been involved in a doing PR for a fancy new tool that helps trace ammo used in gun crimes. LOL!

June 25, 2018 State announces new intelligence center to combat gun violenc

“Since purchasing a NIBIN machine in August 2017, DPS has entered more than 600 shell casings, which lead to 62 correlations and leads for investigators. These leads, said U. S. Attorney John Huber, will help remove criminal elements from Utah streets faster,” the release says.

He's also been involved in PR against court ruling that released criminals early:

June 25, 2018 Prosecutor claims early prison release paved way for three murders

SALT LAKE CITY (News4Utah) - The murders of three people could have been prevented. That's according to Utah's U.S. Attorney John Huber.

Huber said in 2015 the U.S. Supreme Court cleared the way for the early release of federal prisoners. He said the court declared the language behind the federal law was too vague and struck down the federal law. As a result, Huber said certain inmates were released from prison early.

Since their release from federal prison, two of those inmates, Jerrod Baum and Abe Martinez allegedly committed murder.

"Because of a technical ruling by the Supreme Court these two offenders were released early," said the U.S. Attorney. "They should still be in federal prison. If they were still in federal prison, three people would be alive."

So, he's out there working but it appears to have nothing at all to do with the OIG reports.
