So what else did it say?
How did it get to the FBI?
And why does it list Biden as “victim”?

Fine. I'll guess.

A. Are both JFkJr and Biden victims? My poor eye sockets can't QUITE make out the header where the word "victim" is written. That's my secondary guess. Maybe they are both victims.

B. Better guess, given the limited information available. JFKJr sent a nasty letter to a sitting Senator and that sitting Senator, being the mangina that he is (with hairplugs) sicced the FBI on pool ol' John John.

That's all I got so far. :)

Whatever it is, I'd like to know why Jr called plugs a traitor. We can assume that the Kennedy wing and the Deep State wing had no love lost. Then, ooopsie, another dead Kennedy.

This is definitely a movie.

Possible they wanted an FBI “file” on JFK for later leverage.

Only mention I’ve found so far from a story about JFK Jr Kidnap attempts.

FBI Tells of 3 JFK Jr. Kidnapping Threats

>>>

The FBI records were replete with fuzzy details about the two kidnapping plots. But one report concerned a letter, postmarked Aug. 26, 1994, that Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-Del.), received from Worcester, Mass.

“Dear Sen. Biden,” the letter said. “You are a traitor.”

It was signed “John F. Kennedy Jr.”

The handwriting was analyzed. Fingerprints were lifted from the letter. But no suspects were identified, and the case was closed at the end of 1994.
