Whole eggs in kerrygold butter for me. Which means I can’t have meat.... but I eat turkey bacon on other occasions! If I wanted it with my eggs I’d have to cook the eggs in coconut oil. Which is also good. But I love that butter.
I think lerrygold is a cultured butter. It’s pretty easy toake if you have access to good cream.
