You asked how they can cite a server as evidence which they have not seen; I realized later that I omitted an important point: they cannot criminally charge DJT until they remove him from office and to do that they have to destroy his blossoming approval ratings. Lack of solid evidence is no barrier in accomplishing that goal - they have the MSM to make the case for them in the court of public opinion.
