1. Sessions was given a set of objectives and is meeting them on time. He is doing good work.
2. Mueller is an inactive marine (don't use the phrase “Ex-Marine”. It won't go well with you. He may have been reactivated by CinC for the duration with the instruction “do the right thing”.
3. The people working for Mueller are all extremely good attorneys and they could mount defenses for their Deep State clients that were difficult to breach. They are off the street. And there won't be any claims that Republican attorneys were biased for Trump. All of the attorneys are Hillary donors.
4. Mueller is running a smoke screen for Trump by bringing back Russia, Russia, Russia into the headlines. Trump at several points seems to have tweeted something to bring it back in the past. Stormy has disappeared so that headline grabbing story is gone.
5. Trump controls all communications to the public, no one else. Jeff Sessions is quiet because he has not been asked by PDJT to drop a bomb in the punchbowl. He will be asked to do so.
