The date of birth Wikipedia lists for Peter Jr. is "1969/1970," so I think that's why Wictor says his date of birth is "unknown."
Not to be a total cynic, but I'm prone to suspension of disbelief in Wikipedia entries only after corroboration with as many other sources as I can find that can be considered reliable.
In this particular case, I'll take a Certified Record of Live Birth...not a copy...and Wikipedia can KMA.
