Awan was part of it. Strzok still being employed is another, All these people with continued security clearance is another. It seems like a failure to act - weakness, compromised perhaps. I have a big problem with his lack of action on very important matters.

Hoping you are right and that Awan gets his due.

Well, there you have it. Nothing in the statement of offense has anything to do with other potential IT or spy related charges, thereby, according to the judge's statement, is not precluded from further legal action in any jurisdiction or by any legal prosecutorial entity.

Make sure to read the "Limited Nature of Proffer" at the end. It explains that "This proffer of evidence is not intended to constitute a complete statement of all facts known by the defendant or the government...."

One must ask oneself. Why did the government (in the form of Jeff Sessions) only charge a low level bank fraud case.
