I know it was translated by some services as U.S Dollars; but, it does not appear to me that Putin made it clear.

$400 million DOLLARS to the HRC campaign would just be an H-Bomb.

I need some confirmation, preferably from the Russian or U.S. government, as to what currency Putin was referring to.
