So what's the right answer to this problem? We can't compel them to raise the money. Dropping ours is a very tempting answer, but I can't balance the pros and cons.

And then there's this one. I keep FORGETTING about these bilateral meetings before Trump/Putin. I'm thinking that election interference will be a very swift conversation, and that the emphasis will be on Middle East peace and Iran. Always that late autumn parade creeps into my mind.
