In any third world country, if you have compassion to feed one person, you will soon have a mob of one or two hundred people surrounding you with their hands out. It's better to work with charities than to try and do it on your own.

Does anyone know of any charities that are working with Venezuela, and actually getting help through to them?

Still, you get my point.
Don’t go there and just despair — DO GOOD.
Write a check, unload trucks, work in a food kitchen.
Give the child YOUR shirt.
Simply snapping a photo is insufficient.
