I dont understand: How can dry cereal contain salmonella? Perhaps from honey? They used to be called "Sugar Smacks," but then left-wing agitation compelled them to change the name, and probably the recipe.

I believe honey can become contaminated, and it’s probably sprayed on after the baking, or maybe is only baked in at a low temperature.
