I was wondering why my cereal turned black.
Breakfast cereals are simply diabetes in a box.
Probably not the honey by itself. Harder to grow bugs in honey. Probably direct contamination from equipment. Still, where did the salmonella come from?
"...take your pick..."
Most likely source is employees
I quit buying Kellogg’s products because they quit advertising on Breitbart: https://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2016/11/30/dumpkelloggs-kelloggs-declares-hate-45-million-americans-blacklisting-breitbart/
If I boycotted every company that has pissed me off politically at one time or another I'd be down to eating home-grown grass.
The first ingredient in Honey Smacks is listed as sugar; the second as wheat. I would think, therefore, that you're probably better off eating the cereal than the table sugar ... probably not a whole lot better, but then, you've got to figure on the added milk and the vitamins with which the cereal is fortified to make it look more like a proper food and less like pure junk. Then, too, there's that delicious, crispy texture.
Illegals, contaminating the equipment that Americans refuse to contaminate.
From Kelloggs site...” In fact, most of our products sold in the U.S. are also made in the U.S., with some exceptions....”
Salmonella is only a problem if your stomach acid is weak. Eating huge meals, taking antacid medications, being an infant, being really old.....
The worst thing you can do for your health is take medications.
The best prescription: “Eat less, do more.”
When I was a kid, these things were called Sugar Smacks.
Yes I remember when they were Sugar Smacks.
And Corn Pops were Sugar Pops.
And Golden Crisp was Sugar Crisp.
And Frosted Flakes were called Sugar Frosted Flakes.
Somewheres along the way, they decided sugar was a dirty word, so they took sugar out of the names...
But if you read the labels, these cereals are still full of sugar.
?
“You are better off just eating a bowl of pure table sugar. “
That does make any sense.
Yep, still don’t but their cereal.
The refined wheat has a glycemic index of about 85, just a bit less than sucrose which is 100. A serving of Smacks has 25 grams of carbs, 2 of protein and 1 gram of fiber. Altogether this is a very poor thing to eat.
The Bear cereal tastes better than the Frog
I think it must be on the equipment.
