I think this is wrong. Roberts will become the new Kennedy. We still need to replace Roberts or one of the four hard leftist judges to have an originalist majority.
If Kavannah is that honestly conservative. I agree Roberts takes Kennedy’s place. We need Ruth Buzzie to leave. Then maybe we can get the 5/4 true lean. We may have two swingers now.
