Does Mueller really think the Russians, or for that matter the PRC Chinese, the Pakis, etc. are going to stop hacking away at American computers and networks just because he indicts a number of hacks that barely register a fraction of a fraction of the total numbers of hacks in any given time period?
The only reason Mueller indicted this current batch is to grab the news cycle away from Trump’s meeting with Putin, just like the last batch of Russians he indicted who then hired an attorney and filed for the evidence which caused Mueller to crap his pants.

In any event, the DNC server breach was an inside job as the data transfer was too fast to be effectuated by an outside hack. And simultaneously, there was bound to be a separate unrelated outside hack attempt by every wannabe hacker around the globe.
Once again, Mueller reveals he is incompetent.
