All I said is there are certain situations where a “subject” must be informed if they are under investigation. POTUS was adamant that Comey inform him whether he was under investigation. Some Divisions require Target Letters to “subjects”. Not sure of the exact rules but I know this exists.
Why are you so upset? If Strzok is lying then Sessions is not investigating anything. do you believe in the 1.3 Trillion Sealed Indictments?
