Her soul knows that it was murder and it will eat at her soul her entire life.
Of course she knows she murdered her baby. Many of the most rabid pro-aborts try to drown their guilty conscious by over-the-top promotion of abortion. If they can get others to criticize them for their heinous act, they can feel defensive, which helps to divert those feelings of guilt. Also, by pushing others to commit the same act, they can tell themselves that it must not be bad since so many others have done it also.
Notice that no one ever defends having an appendectomy or having wisdom teeth pulled, and usually cannot even remember when they had those operations. But women who have killed a child can usually tell the exact date of the murder and say how old the child would be today if they would have let it live. That is suppressed guilt at play.
