It is widely known that those who are cruel such as this are very much prone to heinous crimes against other people. That being said, I have heard stories of “old timers” who treated animals with zero compassion and that was the norm.
So which is it? Do people who kill cats become serial killers or not?
I'm inclined to believe that while most serial killers started off killing small animals, most people who kill small animals do not become serial killers.
