It's a shame that she didn't have a governess, after he mother bolted; that might have helped some...though she was, evidently, always mentally and emotionally unstable and extremely "needy" and headstrong.
She was immature, uneducated, willful, and very stupid to boot. She NEVER would have "grownup", and it was a crime that Philip pushed her onto poor Charles, after not allowing him to marry Camilla, when both were in love and single.
If Charles had been allowed to marry Camilla, early on, perhaps he wouldn't have gone so 'round the bend and lefty loony.
Camilla was married, np. They were divorced in 1995.
That’s why they couldn’t get married. Also, even if she was divorced, in the early 80s, the Prince of Wales would not have been allowed to marry a divorced woman. I still don’t know how they got away with it.
