Anyone who knowingly falsely accuses someone of any crime should be tried and convicted then sentenced according to the crime they falsely claimed. It’s the just thing to do.

The punishment for false rape accusation should be the very same as rape itself.

The down side of really punishing all false rape allegations is there will be fewer women who will withdraw the complaint. It would probably be better to let those who quickly recant off easy but really go after those who don’t and then the allegations are proved false.

I was thinking the same thing. This is a major downside to “hook up” culture. You really have no idea how mentally stable or vengeful your partner will be. Women end up getting raped by psycho guys and guys end up getting accused of rape by psycho girls.
Sounds like they agreed to meet at a public place and it didn’t work out. If she was willing to scream rape because he didn’t give her a ride home, imagine what situation he might have been in had he taken her home. He was probably wise to meet her and leave her in a public setting.
Looks like “she” needs a shave.
