McCoy’s attorney, Jacoby Hudson, told Petchenik that his client had tried to evict his ex-girlfriend from the home, but she wouldn’t leave.
Hudson said the woman was jailed at one point, but McCoy felt bad for her and dropped the charges.
Then, he claims, the woman tried to extort McCoy.
The attorney said McCoy renewed the eviction petition last week and had cameras put in the house, but the ex-girlfriend took down the cameras and is now claiming she was injured in a home invasion and is accusing McCoy of domestic violence.
Court documents show McCoy’s ex was slated to be in court Tuesday for an eviction hearing.

On Monday, Eagles running back LeSean McCoy was accused by a local Philadelphia restaurant of leaving a 20-cent tip on a $60 bill.
Although the running back has yet to comment on the incident, the owner kept pressing the issue on Tuesday.
In a statement posted on the restaurant's Facebook page, PYT owner Tommy Up accused the running back of being "verbally abusive to our staff in the most insulting ways" and making "derogatory statements" about women.
