I was with Trump practically from the day he announced his candidacy. Before that, I always thought Trump was a shallow publicity hound and I put him in the same category as the Kardashians and others. Never watched even one minute of The Apprentice, figuring it to be another of those artificial reality shows (which really insult my intelligence).

But when he gave his announcement speech at Trump Tower (I watched it that evening on YouTube) and I actually listened to what he said, I was hooked.

So almost overnight, I went from being one slightly contemptuous of Trump to a huge fan.

Through most of 2015, there were many Freepers who continued to maintain that Trump was not a serious candidate and even that he got into the race to help Hillary get elected. I remember one poster in particular posting the wedding photo of Trump with Bill and Hillary over and over again to show us that he was in cahoots with them.

I'm surprised that it's taken so long for certain people to come around on Trump but I'm happy to see new converts and I welcome them.

We are going to need all the votes we can get in November to give Trump the majorities in Congress that he needs to take MAGA to a whole new level.
