That was slander spread by Coulter and Breitbart. You can look up the cases cited in support of this view and discover that they lied about his opinions. It's fraudulent misrepresentation and I will never trust another word Coulter writes or speaks as a consequence. I have cited and discussed them thoroughly in my posts if you want to go back through them over the last couple of days.
I don't have a dog in this fight, but I think it a bit much to denigrate and lie about an honorably serving and honest judge.
