Kavanaugh’s name off the docket for upcoming cases so that means Kavanaugh is the pick. Hardiman was the favorite for about two hours,

I heard the same thing that Barrett was in Indiana. I also heard someone say that Trump said he wanted to pick Barrett but was afraid of the democrats tearing her apart. That I don’t believe. That he apparently has overlooked all conservatives questions about Kavanaugh is troubling. The man is a crooked deep state Bush crook. I don’t care how many cases he’s heard. If he’s selected for the court he’ll make no waves at all. He has already said Roe v. Wade is established precedent and he has no desire to look at it again. With his longtime association with the Bushies was known to Trump he should have said no, but he’ll no. It’s just frustrating.

That was slander spread by Coulter and Breitbart. You can look up the cases cited in support of this view and discover that they lied about his opinions. It's fraudulent misrepresentation and I will never trust another word Coulter writes or speaks as a consequence. I have cited and discussed them thoroughly in my posts if you want to go back through them over the last couple of days.
I don't have a dog in this fight, but I think it a bit much to denigrate and lie about an honorably serving and honest judge.
