We live in a nice country club neighborhood. Everyone parks their cars outside except us. In the driveways are expensive trucks, BMW’s, Mercedes, and the other day I saw one of the neighbors bought a new Range Rover. It’s parked in the 105 degree heat in the driveway. I’m sure their garages are full of really expensive stuff that would bring about $200 at a yard sale. Lol
Our cars are always garaged and the junk goes to Goodwill.

We have 2 cars (well, one is a diesel truck) in our garage...plus a bunch of EMERGENCY stuff for those neighbors of ours with totally EMPTY garages (except their cars)...they’ll be the first on our doorstep if something happens...

Ha ha. Yep. Same here. And when a car is broken into those same people still won't clean out their garage. Cars are still in the driveway. Sigh.

Most people in my former neighborhood used the garages for storage too-—bikes,strollers,lawn tools, snow blowers etc.-—so did we.

Why not?
