If she had recent American Indian ancestry it would show up, but she is claiming Cherokee ancestry way back. When you go back several generations you have some ancestors from whom you received no DNA at all.

That said, she's lying about the Cherokee ancestry. But Pocahontas was a Powhatan Indian, and Warren isn't claiming Powhatan ancestry...so Trump isn't being quite fair.
