Thanks for posting this. What an awful story.
The perpetrator was a judgmental bully, and did commit a crime to those kids, out without parents (reasonable, at 14 at an ice cream store!).
But the the other parents swearing and threatening her with violence are EVERY BIT AS BAD!
The only way to make the other side look bad by their own deeds is NOT TO DO THE SAME DEEDS. Gee whiz.
I felt the same way in regard to not stooping down to their level.
